We'll be taking a broad look at defining needs (do you even need a website?), choosing appropriate technologies, the implications, future-proofing etc.
There'll be a focus on platform selection ie WordPress/Drupal vs Squarespace/Shopify/Wix/etc vs custom. As well perhaps exploring how we're past the age of "Is your website mobile optimized?" and have actually always been in the reality of "Is your website user optimized?".
This is targeted at DIY'rs and/or anyone tasked with website responsibilities.
Format is a presentation, with Q&A sprinkled in, and of course networking. There'll be coffee/tea/water!
